Testimonials
Nilesh has got to be one of the most motivated, curious, passionate and driven people I know… Beyond his impressive talent and hard working nature, Nilesh is a great conversationalist and wise beyond his years; a true gem and a pleasure to work with. I would happily recommend Nilesh for any role as I have no doubt that his passion, drive, and initiative will see him rise to any (and every) occasion; any team would be very lucky to have Nilesh.

With balance and direction Nilesh has continued to demonstrate and meet high expectations set for himself and by others. I see very little stopping Nilesh from reaching his goals once he puts his mind to it.

Some of the work I’ve done to date…
Previously, I’ve designed a wellbeing survey for thousands of students which involved collating literature, crafting effective questions and suggesting efficacious action steps. This was reviewed and endorsed by a leading clinical psychologist in student wellbeing.
I’ve also done work researching and designing app features to help university students easily prioritise their wellbeing. This has included user testing, visualising data in meaningful ways and utilising biases and heuristics to improve the user experience.
Additionally, I host a podcast, Time to Change, where I chat with founders, academics and knowledge workers on ideas of how we can change our behaviour.
